The Coldwell Banker Schmitt Charitable Foundation is a 501c3 tax-exempt, non-profit corporation.
If you would like to make a 100 percent tax deductible donation, please contact us at any of our five offices from Key Largo to Key West or send a check payable to Coldwell Banker Schmitt Charitable Foundation, 11050 Overseas Hwy, Marathon, FL 33050.
If you are associated with CBSREC, you may make contributions by writing a check, or your contribution can be deducted from your commission checks or pay checks.
We can arrange a payment schedule for the convenience of all donors. We accept anything of value – land, homes, vehicles, art, jewelry, etc.
Everyone is encouraged to contribute – as a memorial, to celebrate a birth, or as a gift – business owners, homeowners, friends and family; the more participation we have, the bigger the impact we can have on our community and better meet our ambitious goals.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Coldwell Banker Schmitt Charitable Foundation was created in April 2002, and is dedicated to helping Keys’ residents whose critical needs are not being met through other means. The funds are donated to the Foundation through the generous hearts of the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate agents, staff, associates, business partners, and the public.
